Childhood: First born child to Paulina and Francis Hedley. Ingemar showed delays in childhood development and communicative capabilities. Additionally, he showed abnormal physical growth. At first, Paulina was reluctant to admit there was a possible problem with either of these things, but Francis eventually managed to convince her to get him checked over, where he was diagnosed with both Marfan's and autism. Ingemar struggled to make friends throughout childhood. He began to spend his days drawing and painting and quickly found enjoyment and talent within this. His parents tended to tell him it was a pointless pursuit. He got on well with his younger sister, Caelan. At age 10, he was accepted into Hogwarts and sorted into Slytherin, as his parents drilled into him the importance of bloodline, and because, regardless of the exact reasons, he had great pride in his family.
Teen years: Ingemar was unable to get on with others very well. He picked up the habit of watching others and drawing them without their consent, part of the reason he is considered creepy. Over time, he begins to think less of bloodline and more of the importance of personal traits such as intelligence, loyalty and cunning, but he still has his feelings of familial pride. After a breakdown caused by his bullying, fellow Slytherins Hettie Bartley and Seth Hawthorne act more friendly towards him. He is accepted into a muggle art college.
Adult years: Ingemar attends art college and falls in love with a Muggle girl. When they enter into a relationship, his parents disown him and cut him off from their fortune, effectively rendering him penniless. He and his partner, Clara, conceive a child and so decide to marry, however this in turn irritates her parents. They manage to have 10 children, five of which also have Marfan Syndrome and one of which is also autistic. He is not able to financially support this family and struggles to keep a steady job.

History of family: Paulina Lofgren is a Swedish woman known as the Crimson Shadow, a powerful assassin witch who fled the country when aurors were on her case. She met a British orchestra conductor who was in Sweden at the time and went to England with him. They became good friends and eventually married and conceived three children.

Relationships

Parents: He does not have a good relationship with his parents. They are somewhat ableist and disown him for falling for a muggle. In his childhood, he is aware of their prejudices but still adores them.
Siblings: Ingemar has two younger sisters. They are Caelan and Regan Hedley. In his childhood, he gets on well with them. In his teen years, Caelan blames Ingemar for her being bullied, so their relationship is somewhat strained, but his relationship with Regan is still very amicable, and she often seeks him out for companionship. In adulthood, Caelan is the one sibling still in her parents' favour and so outright ignores Ingemar and Regan, however he is able to still interact with Regan.

Children: He has ten, all named after the order in which they are born. Prima, Secunda, Tertia, Anan, Quentin, Sextus, Septimus, Octavius, Nona and Decima. Anan and Quentin are twins, as are Nona and Decima.
