Childhood: Cyrano is the youngest of eight, and the only boy in his family. He is used to being treated as the baby of the family. He was born into a Muggle family. His mother died when he was young and he does not remember her. Despite clashing with his sisters trying to dress him up and give him makeovers and often bullying him, as elder siblings tend to, Cyrano grows up normally. At age 11 he started at Hogwarts and was later sorted into Gryffindor, where he befriended some of his dorm-mates.
Teen years: Cyrano discovered he was gay in his early teens. He came out only to his youngest sister, who warned him to be careful who he told. General fear of rejection caused him to hide his sexuality at school, actively covering it by flirting with females, giving him a bad reputation as a flirt and a womaniser. He befriends Paine (a Ravenclaw student), Seth (A Slytherin student), Nikodemus (a Slytherin), Raphael (a Hufflepuff) and Rokuro (another Slytherin). In his fifth or sixth year, Rokuro comes on to him, and Cyrano, on an impulse, accepts his advances. By which I mean the two get into a screaming match in a corridor because Cyrano keeps staring at Rokuro (because he's just his type) which somehow ends with Rokuro screaming an offer of a date which Cyrano accepts in a scream. He also later finds out that Rokuro comes from an abusive family, and he tries to help him.
Adult years: Cy and Rokuro move in with Paine and his girlfriend at the end of their 7th year, as Cyrano's father does not want Cy's boyfriend living with him beyond holiday visits. They remain in this apartment until their jobs earn them enough money to buy a place of their own, albeit a cheap apartment in a bad neighbourhood.
Past places of residence: Hogwarts castle.
History of family: His father is from Ecuador originally. Cyrano is a muggleborn wizard, so it is not massively likely you will find previous traces of magic in his lineage. His mother came from a Greek family.

Relationships

Parents: His father's name is Hiram. The two have a somewhat distant relationship, and it is somewhat strained at times, if only because of Hiram's grief over his wife's death and a mutual uncertainty on how to deal with certain issues such as having Cyrano spend the majority of the year away at a wizard boarding school. Regardless, Hiram is openly very proud of his son and is clearly fond of him, and is unhappy that he hasn't bonded as well as he could have with his youngest child.
Siblings: He has seven older sisters. Their names are Giovanna, Felicia, Willamina, Mariela, Clarabelle, Roseanne and Esperanza. He appears to be on good terms with all of them, but is closest to Willamina and Clarabelle. Giovanna is 18 years his senior and was a mother at a very young age, and as a result, Cyrano has a niece two years older than him. Sisters Felicia to Clarabelle are all married and all have at least one child. All of Cyrano's sisters are either in their 20's or 30's.
