Childhood: The second of three children, Vladimir was around at the deaths of both of his siblings as one was poisoned and the other drowned. After a serious accident caused some radioactive material to become embedded in his stomach, he began to mutate and form powers, specifically radiation-based powers, super strength and flight. His radioactive abilities affected his parents, causing their deaths. He began working on a hero coat. (The timings mentioned in his backstory on Deviantart are different, he was older in the original story.)
Teen years: Upon getting into a fight with a criminal, the criminal shows he too has powers and that his are superior to those of the Red Wasp. He almost kills Vladimir, but Ryder, Concrete and Witch come to his rescue, introducing themselves as a mix of tourists and heroes. Vladimir agrees to join their team as it will mean a more interesting ride for a hero, likely a better quality of life within the base and more chance of survival in similar circumstances. They encounter other members of Alpha over time. At some point, Daphne and Jack both betray the group. Alongside Witch and Ryder, Red Wasp acts as a leader for the group.
Adult years: Vladimir continues as a hero. At some point, he leaves Alpha, but continues as the Red Wasp. During this time, he gets a hair cut and builds up his reputation as a cold and cruel business man. Life continues as normal. At some point, Alpha must persuade him to return to deal with a worldwide emergency. He accepts, albeit reluctantly. Some time after this, he meets Lilia Kerona, a Russian woman who despises superheroes for unknown reasons. He courts her under the persona of the cold business man and eventually marries her. She finds out about his super hero status and for a little bit rejects him before realising she was being unreasonable and still loved him, at which point she apologises and takes him back. They have a son together, also named Vladimir. He dies when his son is five or six, when he throws a tantrum, losing control of his powers and killing both of his parents in the process.

History of family: It is known that the children in his family are named after previous family members. Vladimir is the 4th person in the family to hold that name. His family also has for a long time run a large and ruthless company, even through the cold war. Vladimir was born somewhere during the beginning of the Berlin Wall, and most of his life was during the Cold War, possibly making his friendship with American hero Ryder all the more interesting.
Relationships
Parents: Miroslav Ivannov, Kristina Ivannova. He had a good relationship and was as spoiled as he could be as he was the last surviving child.
Siblings: His brother, Arkhady Ivannov, died when he was 9 and Vladimir was 5 after ingesting a poisonous substance. His sister, Aleksandra Ivannova VIII, died when she was four, a few months before Arkhady's death, after drowning.
Any enemies (and why): Nikita is the main enemy faced by Red Wasp, as well as Warhead. Additional villains faced by Alpha are Icy, Kold, Trinity, Seirra, Avril, Kolete, Chrissa, Ava and Kristen.
Children: His son is called Vladimir Ivannov V. He does not know it as he is long dead, but he has grand children. Though extended family is not included on this file, it is known that he had an uncle who likely carried on the Ivannov family, as Vlad V did not carry the 'named after family' tradition.
Friends: He is friends with the rest of Alpha and likely has friends in Russia as well. His childhood friends were called Boris, Lena and Tania. In his original Teen Titans incarnation, he is a friend of Leonid Kovar (Red Star)

Childhood: His father was an important scientist working with illnesses. Zachary himself had a very good childhood until his father began working on a project intended to cure, but that culminated in the accidental creation of a new super virus. Mr Ryder came into contact with this virus and did not tell anyone, accidentally passing it onto his son. The virus caused the skin to melt off their bodies, but three Greek practitioners of black magic were able to save the boy, and brought him back with them to Greece to keep him safe. Their spell also granted Zachary with his powers. He got to know Witch, who created what would later become the Alpha base.
Teen years: While exploring, the two encountered a rock golem who attacked them. Upon learning his backstory, they brought him into their base, giving him a home, and slowly formed a team of heroes. They traveled the world, fighting crime wherever, and along the way met others with super powers. They, alongside Red Wasp, became the leaders of the team (meaning at least one of the three was always at the base when there was no emergency). He began to desperately miss his home in America.
Adult years: Returned to his home town, continued leading Alpha. He is shown to be bitterly upset when Red Wasp leaves. Super Waffle and Super Pancake join. He begins dating Witch, and eventually must call Wasp back to the team, teasing him when he falls for Lilia. He marries Devin and they both move into his home in Fruitport. He is dreadfully upset by Vladimir's passing and tries to take custody of Vlad Jr only to find the boy has gone missing.

She agrees, only to find he has already passed by the time she reaches him. She seals his spirit into some cloth. When Herman holds this cloth, he can communicate with his brother. When he wears it, he gains the costume and powers of Jack O'Lantern. Using these powers, he is able to join Alpha. He works with them for a while, until Jack's spirit revolts and takes over, attacking the team and base. When he is defeated and Herman has his body back, the cloth, and Jack with it, is thrown into a lake and Herman, no longer having powers and feeling disgraced, leaves Alpha.

Childhood: When she was young, her father made a deal with a lake spirit that involved the selling of his first born child. When the lake spirit reneged on the deal and tried to take Isolabelle, the man tried to destroy the lake, not caring if Belle was hurt in the process. Belle's mother came and killed him for trying to hurt her baby. She tried to run from the spirit, who hid itself within Belle's body so she could never escape. Her mother took her to exorcists and whatnot around the world with no success.
