He primarily exists in a not-so-happy AU where nobody goes to/dies in Heavenly Host, where after Shimada is on the receiving end of a bad head injury and broken leg, Hiroyuki decides it is now fair game to mock and attack him. He is noticeably jealous of Shimada's way with women and, like him, has some degree of lust for Tohko.

As he's a fairly new character, I'm not yet decided on whether he was well aware of magic in the family by then or if he just tried to perform magic to accomplish his dream. Either way, he found he had a talent especially for fire magic. At some point, one of his siblings went missing in the middle of the night. Rudy went looking for them and witnessed them drowning as a result.
Teen years: Rudy's parents died under mysterious circumstances. He began to devote his time to learning magic and caring for his remaining sibling. The exact ins and outs of what happened are unclear to him (he was half-asleep at the time) but he woke up to find his home on fire. He believed his remaining sibling to have died in the fire, but could not recover the body. Now alone, he began travelling, and ended up joining Blue Pegasus. Though not a flirt by nature, he did alright at the Host Club work, managing to appeal to people with his shy and innocent nature and the fact he'd never touched a woman before. He formed a team with three others. His team briefly encountered members of Sabertooth on a linked mission, age 17. Though for the most part the two teams did not get along, he personally was able to get along okay with a mostly closed off Rogue. Somewhere along the line they were able to form an awkward relationship that lasted about a week. (Rudy was originally created as a plot bunny for a Stingue fic I never finished. History

Childhood: Asatsuyu's parents were killed when he was 14 months old, due to their clan abilities. Their killer seemed unwilling to kill the infant, and took him to an orphanage. He was not adopted, and often teased or treated cruelly due to his appearance. At age 5, he discovered his clan had the ability to change minor aspects of their appearance, as well as hair and eye colour. From this point until his defeat at the hands of Gaara, he is never seen with white hair and red eyes. He joins the shinobi academy and appeared to be a bit of a prodigy, passing his chunin exams at age 8. The other members of his 3 man cell despised him, and during the exam (as well as on several other occasions) easily abandoned him to danger. In a panic, he accidentally activated and discovered his clan's ability of absorbing chakra and life force, killing his attackers in the process and terrifying himself and his team mates. Shortly after this, he ran away from the village. He began searching for somewhere he belonged.
Teen years: Asatsuyu found himself experimenting with his powers, and discovered he could extract chakra through certain kinds of physical contact without killing the victim. One of these methods included lip contact, causing him to target young women. He claims he needs to absorb chakra to survive, however he is in fact addicted to doing so. He took to changing his appearance in order to make the woman he was targeting more interested.
Adult years: At age 19, he enters Sunagakure, drawn there by powerful chakra, and targets Matsuri on a whim, drawing the attention of Gaara, who suspects something is up. Whether you ship Gaamatsu or not, as Matsuri is his student and someone he cares for, as well as one of his villagers to begin with, Gaara defends her when Asatsuyu finally attacks her, and the two fight, though Asatsuyu primarily dislikes causing physical pain and instead prefers to use psychological warfare. He is injured, but ultimately manages to escape, but falls unconscious, where he is found by a trio of Kumogakure shinobi. They take him in and help nurse him back to health, after which he returns to Kumo with them. One of them, Murasakiiro, tells him his hatred of his appearance is unfounded and that he is attractive in default, making him latch onto her as a first friend. Despite thinking of Kumo as the best place he's ever been and making friends there, he is reluctant to settle there, but after a while does so, and marries Murasakiiro. They have a daughter, however, shortly after she is born, the group that slaughtered Asatsuyu's clan tracks him down (having been alerted to his existence by his flirty adventures) and attempts to kill him, failing but killing Mura instead. He escapes with his daughter and begins traveling, certain he was being trailed, though this is never confirmed nor denied. He briefly joins a group of bandits, however the group does not last long, especially not with a screaming infant among them. Five years later, he is approached by a young man named Eien, who offers him a safe place and protection in return for becoming a shinobi under his employ. He agrees, however two years after, his daughter is used as a body double for someone Eien planned to capture (as she too has the clan transformation abilities). On this mission, the young girl is killed, and Asatsuyu attempts to kill Eien in revenge, having been forced to allow the girl on the mission. He is defeated and pinned to a wall, held there as a sort of trophy thing until he is freed and subsequently dies of his injuries.

Against female opponents, he will often make the effort to get close to them and absorb their chakra. If he absorbs someone's chakra, he can use it and as a result use their chakra nature until the reserve he's taken runs out.

It's more of a case of mimicry. So it takes a lot of training to cross-match, an eye colour of one person and hair colour of another, and mimicking Gaara to get to Matsuri, because she's attracted to Gaara, would not just give him red hair and blue eyes, it would also give him dark rings around his eyes. Childhood: Asatsuyu's parents were killed when he was 14 months old, due to their clan abilities. Their killer seemed unwilling to kill the infant, and took him to an orphanage. He was not adopted, and often teased or treated cruelly due to his appearance. At age 5, he discovered his clan had the ability to change minor aspects of their appearance, as well as hair and eye colour. From this point until his defeat at the hands of Gaara, he is never seen with white hair and red eyes. He joins the shinobi academy and appeared to be a bit of a prodigy, passing his chunin exams at age 8. The other members of his 3 man cell despised him, and during the exam (as well as on several other occasions) easily abandoned him to danger. In a panic, he accidentally activated and discovered his clan's ability of absorbing chakra and life force, killing his attackers in the process and terrifying himself and his team mates. Shortly after this, he ran away from the village. He began searching for somewhere he belonged.
Teen years: Asatsuyu found himself experimenting with his powers, and discovered he could extract chakra through certain kinds of physical contact without killing the victim. One of these methods included lip contact, causing him to target young women. He claims he needs to absorb chakra to survive, however he is in fact addicted to doing so. He took to changing his appearance in order to make the woman he was targeting more interested.
Adult years: At age 19, he enters Sunagakure, drawn there by powerful chakra, and targets Matsuri on a whim, drawing the attention of Gaara, who suspects something is up. Whether you ship Gaamatsu or not, as Matsuri is his student and someone he cares for, as well as one of his villagers to begin with, Gaara defends her when Asatsuyu finally attacks her, and the two fight, though Asatsuyu primarily dislikes causing physical pain and instead prefers to use psychological warfare. He is injured, but ultimately manages to escape, but falls unconscious, where he is found by a trio of Kumogakure shinobi. They take him in and help nurse him back to health, after which he returns to Kumo with them. One of them, Murasakiiro, tells him his hatred of his appearance is unfounded and that he is attractive in default, making him latch onto her as a first friend. Despite thinking of Kumo as the best place he's ever been and making friends there, he is reluctant to settle there, but after a while does so, and marries Murasakiiro. They have a daughter, however, shortly after she is born, the group that slaughtered Asatsuyu's clan tracks him down (having been alerted to his existence by his flirty adventures) and attempts to kill him, failing but killing Mura instead. He escapes with his daughter and begins traveling, certain he was being trailed, though this is never confirmed nor denied. He briefly joins a group of bandits, however the group does not last long, especially not with a screaming infant among them. Five years later, he is approached by a young man named Eien, who offers him a safe place and protection in return for becoming a shinobi under his employ. He agrees, however two years after, his daughter is used as a body double for someone Eien planned to capture (as she too has the clan transformation abilities). On this mission, the young girl is killed, and Asatsuyu attempts to kill Eien in revenge, having been forced to allow the girl on the mission. He is defeated and pinned to a wall, held there as a sort of trophy thing until he is freed and subsequently dies of his injuries.

Children: He had a daughter. In every piece I've written, she has remained unnamed. I think when discussing with my friend, I did name her, but I cannot find that discussion or remember her name.
Friends: Asatsuyu does not consider anyone to be truly a friend. He did get close to Matsuri briefly, but was using her the whole time. Murasakiiro's team mates consider him friend, even though Shai doesn't particularly like him, so Shai and Seicho do count.

Usually, he will use less offensive means. His favourite methods of attaining victory usually include using someone to get to his opponent, making empty threats and messing with someone's mind. Against female opponents, he will often make the effort to get close to them and absorb their chakra. If he absorbs someone's chakra, he can use it and as a result use their chakra nature until the reserve he's taken runs out.

Childhood: Nicky was the second child born to Francyne Todd and Emrys Weldon-Whitlock. As his brother was ill, he was somewhat neglected as attention was focused on Adam. However, he quickly got used to receiving compliments on his appearance, being told he would be the type to break hearts. His older brother took a liking to him and often invited him to play games. They became close. Nicky was also frequently beaten by his father and told that he was too stupid and cowardly to amount to anything, and that his only hope was to get by on looks. He took this to heart. At age 9, he discovered his father was cheating on his mother, and went to confront him about it. This resulted in a particularly violent attack that resulted in him being admitted to an emergency muggle hospital, where he required metal implants, multiple surgeries and ended up in a coma for about 2 years. When he woke and after rehabilitation, he attended Hogwarts, going straight to 2nd year due to his age and being given tutoring to catch up. Here, he began to be badly bullied by his peers, though his elder brother defended him for the year. One of the main things he was bullied for were his freckles, facial scars and general appearance. At home, he is forced to share his bed with younger brother, Georgie, as there are only 4 bedrooms in the house.
Teen years: When Adam left Hogwarts, Nicky learnt to fend for himself, however did so by developing an attitude problem and picking fights he had no hope of winning. His mental health problems began to surface. To mask his issues, he takes to flirting with the girls. His attitude and mental health issues begin to take their toll on his schooling, meaning by age 14 he no longer makes any attempt with homework, fails to pay attention in classes and even skips classes. Not all of these skips are intentional, as some skips are due to his poor health meaning he is unable to move from his bed. By age 15 he becomes sexually active with multiple partners, and utilises the Room of Requirement, having discovered it in 3rd year when looking for somewhere he could shut himself away to cry. He gains a frequent partner in the form of a Ravenclaw girl with a fetish for stomach growls, and for a time stops forcing himself to eat when his appetite is low to please her. She has little to no care for his health as, due to his refusal to take his schooling seriously, his flirting and his aggressive nature, she actually dislikes him. Despite this, due to their frequent partnering, they end up conceiving a child together. Nicky offers to help out with the child, and the girl's parents insist he stay at their house to look after the child. The girl's father is extremely aggressive towards Nicky, breaking down his own aggressive nature as it brings forth his PTSD instead. He refuses to listen to his family's insistence that he stay in their own house, and moves in with the girl. He returns to school for his 6th year, but during the Christmas holidays, while he is looking after his daughter, the girl is hit by a car. Her parents seem to blame him, and he moves back to his own home, but his aggressive nature returns and results in his daughter being taken away from him. This actively worsens his psychological issues, and he is frequently comforted by his elder brother. When he returns to school, he returns to his usual ways of flirting, seduction, fighting with the boys and failing classes. He also fights to get the people bullying his younger brother to leave Georgie alone. He tends to break bones in fights due to his low weight making him more prone to fractures. By the end of his 7th year, he manages to conceive another child, this time with another Ravenclaw girl, however he is never told her child is his, as he is not her only sexual partner (though she is very aware it is his child).
Adult years: Nicky begins training as a healer and moves out of his family home as soon as possible, and moves far from Hastings in general. He is allowed contact with his first daughter. Now living alone, he has no-one to help him deal with his psychological issues or to stop him hurting himself. He attempts suicide, but, as he lives in a flat, his neighbours are watchful enough to contact doctors, as one neighbour has noted Nicky is clearly depressed. He is then failed by the NHS, who do not actively follow up the incident effectively. When a sink is damaged in his house, he calls a plumber who turns out to be a former classmate of his who used to have a crush on him. They talk and eventually end up a couple and getting married. At some point, Nicky receives a phonecall from his younger brother saying the family needs help due to financial issues. He in turn contacts Adam and goes shopping for food for his little brothers. He moves back to the family house to assist. Nicky conceives a child with his wife, Verity, but his first child dies in cot death. He conceives another child with Verity, and this one survives. Throughout his adulthood, he takes multiple attempts on his life. Their mother dies when he is 25 and she is directly under his care.

As an adult, he also has some scaring to his throat following suicide attempts.

However, he quickly got used to receiving compliments on his appearance, being told he would be the type to break hearts. His older brother took a liking to him and often invited him to play games. They became close. Nicky was also frequently beaten by his father and told that he was too stupid and cowardly to amount to anything, and that his only hope was to get by on looks. He took this to heart. At age 9, he discovered his father was cheating on his mother, and went to confront him about it. This resulted in a particularly violent attack that resulted in him being admitted to an emergency muggle hospital, where he required metal implants, multiple surgeries and ended up in a coma for about 2 years. When he woke and after rehabilitation, he attended Hogwarts, going straight to 2nd year due to his age and being given tutoring to catch up. Here, he began to be badly bullied by his peers, though his elder brother defended him for the year. One of the main things he was bullied for were his freckles, facial scars and general appearance. At home, he is forced to share his bed with younger brother, Georgie, as there are only 4 bedrooms in the house.
Teen years: When Adam left Hogwarts, Nicky learnt to fend for himself, however did so by developing an attitude problem and picking fights he had no hope of winning. His mental health problems began to surface. To mask his issues, he takes to flirting with the girls. His attitude and mental health issues begin to take their toll on his schooling, meaning by age 14 he no longer makes any attempt with homework, fails to pay attention in classes and even skips classes. Not all of these skips are intentional, as some skips are due to his poor health meaning he is unable to move from his bed. By age 15 he becomes sexually active with multiple partners, and utilises the Room of Requirement, having discovered it in 3rd year when looking for somewhere he could shut himself away to cry. He gains a frequent partner in the form of a Ravenclaw girl with a fetish for stomach growls, and for a time stops forcing himself to eat when his appetite is low to please her. She has little to no care for his health as, due to his refusal to take his schooling seriously, his flirting and his aggressive nature, she actually dislikes him. Despite this, due to their frequent partnering, they end up conceiving a child together. Nicky offers to help out with the child, and the girl's parents insist he stay at their house to look after the child. The girl's father is extremely aggressive towards Nicky, breaking down his own aggressive nature as it brings forth his PTSD instead. He refuses to listen to his family's insistence that he stay in their own house, and moves in with the girl. He returns to school for his 6th year, but during the Christmas holidays, while he is looking after his daughter, the girl is hit by a car. Her parents seem to blame him, and he moves back to his own home, but his aggressive nature returns and results in his daughter being taken away from him. This actively worsens his psychological issues, and he is frequently comforted by his elder brother. When he returns to school, he returns to his usual ways of flirting, seduction, fighting with the boys and failing classes. He also fights to get the people bullying his younger brother to leave Georgie alone. He tends to break bones in fights due to his low weight making him more prone to fractures. By the end of his 7th year, he manages to conceive another child, this time with another Ravenclaw girl, however he is never told her child is his, as he is not her only sexual partner (though she is very aware it is his child).
Adult years: Nicky begins training as a healer and moves out of his family home as soon as possible, and moves far from Hastings in general. He is allowed contact with his first daughter. Now living alone, he has no-one to help him deal with his psychological issues or to stop him hurting himself. He attempts suicide, but, as he lives in a flat, his neighbours are watchful enough to contact doctors, as one neighbour has noted Nicky is clearly depressed. He is then failed by the NHS, who do not actively follow up the incident effectively. When a sink is damaged in his house, he calls a plumber who turns out to be a former classmate of his who used to have a crush on him. They talk and eventually end up a couple and getting married. At some point, Nicky receives a phonecall from his younger brother saying the family needs help due to financial issues. He in turn contacts Adam and goes shopping for food for his little brothers. He moves back to the family house to assist. Nicky conceives a child with his wife, Verity, but his first child dies in cot death. He conceives another child with Verity, and this one survives. Throughout his adulthood, he takes multiple attempts on his life. Their mother dies when he is 25 and she is directly under his care.
