Is seen by others as: Due to his spiritual abilities, Eddie is generally seen as a very weird person, and someone difficult to get along with as there is little common ground those around him share. He is considered freaky by those close to him. Often he may appear spaced out or speak about strange things that will make little sense to others.

History

Childhood: Eddie found his affinity for spiritual power at a very young age. He began extensive research into his abilities, finding himself able to speak to spirits, exorcise them and shield against their own abilities. His extensive research caused him to become somewhat ostracised by his peers.
Teen years: Eddie was bullied at his secondary school. He transferred to Oak Hill to escape bullying, only for it to start up again quickly. A few years later, his classmate, Erskine, was possessed by a demon disguised as a Happy Meal box. Mario approached Eddie to assist him in defeating this demon. His spiritual abilities not being at full strength due to him not being fully matured, Eddie's attempts to exorcise the demon required a specific spell, which caused scarring to his face, hospitalised him and cost him his sight. His family were devastated by this, and pulled him out of public eye. They assisted him with adapting to his life without sight, and later he compensated using his link to the spirit world.
Adult years: Eddie moved into a cottage near a forest area known as the Well of Spirits. Here, he actively guarded the bridge between life and afterlife. He keeps company with some pure spirits who help him with his duties, and now and then, one of his brothers might come to visit, usually on a special occasion, such as Eddie's birthday. When Corbrey Coburn escapes the spiritual plane into the living world, Eddie is quick to sense the disturbance and attempts to recall him to the Afterlife, only for his main spiritual companion to reveal Corbrey is actively seeking revenge. The spirits then guide Mario to Eddie, and he assists his former classmate in stopping the vengeful spirit, this time without sacrifice. It is possible that after this, to stop him getting lonely, Mario and Erskine take to visiting him.
