Childhood: Franklyn's parents were rarely around in his childhood, meaning his physical and  emotional needs were rarely properly met. He felt it was his job to keep his younger sister alive and well, and was considered a problem child at  school. His parents were absent enough that he hardly remembers their faces. Through stealing their devices, he tended to surf the internet  and signed up for a chat site when he was 7, where he met Prince and Dylan. At age 12, he agreed to meet a much older man in Liverpool  under the impression that the man was the same age as him, and was rescued by Prince, who came across them and intervened, pretending to be Franklyn's older brother.
Teen years: Franklyn began to use the internet to better his life, conning, extorting and charming his way through various people for money and  gifts for both himself and his younger sister. Through his ill gotten gains, he was able to better his and his sister's lives, as well as getting extra leftover money to buy luxuries such as his guitar. Finding himself to be skilled with the instrument in question, at age 15 he proposed he, Dylan and Prince form a band. He likely began sleeping around and drinking heavily in his late teens. Unlike his bandmates, Franklyn was never bullied and was in fact seen as a frightening and intimidating figure at his school despite  his small stature. This can be at least partially attributed to his manipulative skills.
Adult years: Three Tin Cans became successful by the time Franklyn hit 22, though the exact time things kicked off is unknown. Franklyn found he had little to no ability to form a proper relationship, as he struggled to process and express his feelings and emotional needs or those of others, or connect emotionally, but had a talent regardless for flirting and seducing women briefly for a night or two of enjoyment.

Relationships

Parents: Franklyn has very few memories of  them and most likely would not recognise them if he saw them. Despite having little contact with his parents, Franklyn has met both of his grandfathers and is aware his middle names are their first names. It is currently unknown how, when or why he met them,  but he likely met them as an adult.
Siblings: A younger sister named Hannah. The two are relatively close, as for much of their lives they haven't had anyone else, and neither thinks they can cope should something happen to the other. When he is not on tour, Franklyn looks after Hannah, or at least still lives with her. Their age difference is currently unspecified but must be somewhere between 4 and 7 years. It is likely that their relationship is somewhat rocky as a result of Franklyn's drinking and frequent travelling.

Children: None known, however, considering his habits, it is entirely plausible that Franklyn has at some point conceived an illegitimate child, whether he knows it or not.
Friends: Dylan North and Prince Osbaldeston. The band Three Tin Cans is also known to be on friendly terms with the band Combat Dolphins, and the two often support each other  on tours. It is likely that Franklyn is friends with members of this band. It is unknown whether or not he had friends at school or has friends outside  of members of the aforementioned bands.
Best friend(s): Prince Osbaldeston. He has more history with Prince and accepts that his nagging just means he wants what's best, even if he rarely obeys the unholy nags. He sort of views Prince as an older brother he never had.
